Referral to ENT Specialist

During your complimentary initial orthodontic exam we will also assess your child’s airway to ensure there are no sleep, breathing or airway problems. If needed, we will also make the necessary referral to an ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat) Specialist for your child. An ENT Specialist is a medical doctor that specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the head and neck. They often treat children with enlarged tonsils and adenoids, which could affect a child’s breathing.
