Pediatric and Orthodontic Specialist in Your Community

blog

Last year it was part of our mission to become more involved within the community. Since then we have been actively creating community contacts and have been participating in numerous events, sponsorships, school programs and charities. For Dental Works 4 Kids our goal is to not only be a leader within the dental field, but also a leader for children within the community. Since implementing this initiative, we have actually had many children ranging from 5 to 13 states that they want to become a Pediatric Dentist or Orthodontist when they grow up. And that is the greatest compliment we can receive. Our most recent efforts have allowed us to create a partnership with the Shining through Centre for Autism where we help children with autism receive the appropriate treatment they need in a safe and comfortable environment. We also participated in this year Ciao Bella Charity Event to help support the fundraising efforts of Ciao Bella for Sick Kids Hospital. We had a wonderful Patient Appreciation Event in our clinic this year to thank all the parents and children that have supported us over the years as well as support some of those same individuals through sponsorships of their local sports team.

We have provided oral health workshops to local play schools and schools to help educate children on the importance of oral health and have also participated in many local community awareness events such as Rugrats expo, Entertain Kids on a Dime, Food Share and the Richmond Hill Community Food Bank. Over this last year we also opened our Brampton clinic and have completed an expansion and renovation in our Vaughan clinic. We are proud to say that this has allowed us to provide an even higher quality of care and more importantly access to care for those within our community. Our goal is to only continue these efforts to provide the absolute best in care of infants, children, adolescents, teens and individuals with special needs.
